As an individual, there are a number of ways you can support The Millennium Foundation:
Donate Now
The Millennium Foundation relies heavily on donations received by individuals, corporate organisations and service groups to help fund research and
other critical needs. No matter how large or small, each donation does make an important difference to the quality of life of present and future
patients, who are battling diseases and viruses not just in Westmead Hospital but around the world.

Use your will power
Your legacy can live on through a gift in your will to The Millennium Foundation. In this way you will have made a concrete contribution in your own
lifetime to supporting life saving research, or assisting in the procurement of critical medical equipment – long after you are gone.
You can direct an asset of any nature to be used for any purpose at, or sponsored by, The Millennium Foundation. Your bequest no
matter how large or small will make a valued contribution to our fundraising efforts and our medical and research teams.
We understand that your Will is a very personal thing. However, if you would like to learn more about how your Will can support The Millennium
Foundation, please feel free to contact our Community Relations Manager, Brian Banfield on (02) 9845 6289.
Donating in memory of a loved one
When a loved one is lost it is natural for one to want to honour that person's memory. In most cases, it's by sending flowers, which is a lovely way to express your feelings.
But there is another way. By making a donation to The Millennium Foundation at Westmead Hospital on behalf of a loved one who has passed on, you are
honouring their memory forever and, at the same time, making a substantial difference to the lives of people right across Australia.
A donation in memory of your loved one is more than an expression of your feelings. It is a gift that can help countless individuals every day as a
result of funding medical research.
"In memory of" donations are easy to organise. Simply ask your Funeral Director, or the next of kin, to place an advertisement in the Funeral Notices
that donations be made to The Millennium Foundation at Westmead Hospital.
For more information contact our Community Relations Manager, Brian Banfield on 02 9845 6289 or write to PO Box 74 Westmead NSW 2145. The name of your
loved one (with permission) is also listed in the Foundation's newsletter.
Volunteering
The Millennium Foundation relies heavily on individuals to volunteer their time and services in order to help raise funds for our various fundraising
initiatives.
From assisting with general administration duties in our office to selling raffle tickets and conducting fundraising events, our volunteers are an
important and valued part of our team. Furthermore, being a volunteer allows people to make an important contribution to the community.
If you have enthusiasm, enjoy being part of a dedicated team and have some free time to spare maybe you could consider becoming a volunteer
for The Millennium Foundation.
If you would like more information please contact Joceline El Tawil on (02) 9845 6289.
